Privacy policy
This website is a static presentation page. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, embeds no third-party content and offers no forms or user accounts. The only personal data processed is what the web server records automatically when a page is requested, as described below.

Hosting
This website is hosted by an external provider, whose servers deliver the site. The provider processes the data described under “Server log files” on our behalf, on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Flying Circus Internet Operations GmbH
Leipziger Str. 70/71
06108 Halle (Saale), Germany
The servers used are located in Germany, that is, within the European Union.
Server log files
Each time a page is requested, the hosting provider’s web server automatically records information that your browser transmits. This happens for every website on the internet and cannot be switched off without making the site unavailable. The following is recorded:
- the IP address of the requesting device
- the date and time of the request
- the name and version of the browser and the operating system used
- the page or file requested and the amount of data transferred
- the referring page, where one is transmitted
An IP address is personal data under the GDPR. This data is not merged with other data sources and is not used to identify individual visitors. It is processed solely to deliver the website reliably, to keep it secure and to investigate technical faults or attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of this website. Log data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes.
Cookies, analytics and third-party content
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind. It loads no fonts, maps, videos or social media elements from external servers — every file, including the typefaces, is delivered from this website’s own domain. No consent is therefore required under Art. 6 GDPR or § 25 TDDDG.
If you make a choice in the cookie notice shown at the bottom of the page, that single choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the notice is not shown again. It stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Links to other websites
This site links to eathappygroup.com and hanagroup.eu. Those websites are operated separately and have their own privacy policies. We have no influence over how they process data, and this policy does not apply to them.
Encryption
This website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS) for all connections, so the content transferred between your browser and the server cannot be read by third parties.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access (Art. 15) – to be told whether we process data about you and, if so, which data
- Rectification (Art. 16) – to have inaccurate data corrected
- Erasure (Art. 17) – to have your data deleted
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- Data portability (Art. 20)
- Objection (Art. 21) – to object to processing based on legitimate interest
To exercise any of these rights, write to the address or e-mail listed under “Controller”, or contact our data protection officer directly. Please note that server log entries contain no information linking them to a name, so we will normally need additional details to locate any data relating to you.
Right to complain
If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy so that it continues to reflect how the website actually works, for example if functions are added. The version published here is always the current one.
